If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 0845 8620 515 any time between 9:00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday. Please have the order code and date the order was placed to hand. If your products have already been despatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure. See below.
Returns procedure
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided:
We have been notified of the problem within 7 working days of the order arriving at the delivery address. This can be done by telephone, fax or E-mail. The product is returned to us within 28 days of the date of receipt. It is in a fully resaleable condition, i.e.: The product must not have been used.The product must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.The product must be accompanied by a copy of the despatch note or VAT invoice together with the reason for return.
We will only issue a refund on receipt of the returned product. If the returns procedure has not been followed correctly we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange
Once the packaging has been opened on some products, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they are faulty.
Delivery charges
We will refund your delivery charge when have supplied incorrectly, a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Delivery & Charges
Where products are in stock, we aim to despatch your order within 2 working days. Due to circumstances beyond our control, however, this is not always possible, so please allow 14 days for delivery.
Charges and options
If you wish to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address. If your order is heavier than any of our plans allow we will arrange a courier service instead of our usual shipping plans. PLEASE NOTE: Promotional offers of free postage do not apply to addresses outside the UK.
We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
