All BIO-BUILD products can be used separately but for best results use together in a regime. Use BIO-BUILD Remover to remove any polish, cleanse and tone. 1. Apply a dot of Serum to each nail and massage into nail and cuticle to strengthen nails 2. When Serum has been absorbed, apply Shield. One coat as a basecoat, two as a treatment alone. 3. When required (2-3 days) remove Shield and nail colour if worn with BIO-BUILD remover. 4. Apply Serum and continue as before.
